Chicken and Noodles
- 12 ounces long egg noodles
- 1 pound ground chicken (or turkey)
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, sliced thin
Gochujang Sauce
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package directions.
- While noodles are cooking, heat oil in a large heavy pan on medium heat.
- Stir fry ground chicken for about 6 minutes until cooked through.
- In a small bowl, make gochujang sauce. Add gochujang page, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, rice vinegar, ginger and pepper and mix well.
- Add 3 Tablespoons of your sauce to the chicken and stir well to coat chicken.
- Add egg noodles to the pan and pour the remaining sauce into pan.
- Stir all together to coat well.
- Turn heat to medium low and cook for 3 minutes until heated through.
