Are Easy Pumpkin Muffins Good for You?

Are easy pumpkin muffins good for you?

Well they’ve got pumpkin. And pumpkin is rich in vitamins and fiber. Yay!

But then they also have sugar and oil.

So enjoy them in moderation as part of a balanced diet.

You could try and reduce the sugar if you need too.

But I haven’t done that myself so I can’t promise you how they’ll turn out.

Honestly, I think these are relatively healthy pumpkin muffins.

But if you have a special diet you are following then check with your doctor I guess.
