Instant Pot Italian Chicken & Pasta
This Instant Pot Creamy Italian Chicken is the perfect one pot meal! Ready in less than an hour from start to finish, this kid friendly meal will have you asking for seconds!
Ingredients
- 4 raw boneless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup butter, room temperature
- 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 package italian seasonings dressing mix
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 8 ounces pasta noodles - any will do - I used Fusilli Pasta
Instructions
- Place cut up chicken in the bottom of Instant Pot.
- In a bowl blend butter, cream cheese, soup, and seasoning mix. Pour over chicken - mixture will be thick.
- Pour chicken broth over soup mixture.
- Add noodles. GENTLY press noodles into broth. Do not stir.
- Close lid and cook on high pressure for 8 minutes with the pressure valve closed.
- When Instant Pot is done cooking, release pressure and wait for pressure value to pop up.
- Remove lid and stir.
- Sauce will thicken as it cools. Do not panic.
- Serve with fresh parsley or shredded Parmesan cheese.

Do you think I could substitute Greek yogurt for the cream cheese? I can’t do cream cheese… even with lactaid 😩. I know the flavor might be a little different.
