Easy German Pancake Recipe
This Easy German Pancake Recipe creates the most amazing blender pancakes ever. A unique oven bakes treat that is extra fun to eat!
Ingredients
Instructions
- In a 9” round pie plate, add butter and place in the oven.
- Preheat oven to 400*F. Butter will melt as the oven heats up.
- While butter is melting, in a blender add eggs, flour, milk and salt. Blend well.
- Once butter is melted, remove from oven (this will be before it reaches 400*F).
- Swirl butter around the pie plate.
- Pour pancake batter into the pie plate on top of the melted butter.
- Place pancake mix into the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, while pancake is still in the oven, adjust the temperature to 350*F (do not open the oven).
- Bake for 10 more minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool to warm.
- Dust with powdered sugar and serve sliced like a pie
- Can also serve with fresh sliced fruit and powdered sugar
