Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless frozen chicken breasts (you can also use fresh)
- 1 cup long grain rice
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Fresh Parsley, minced for garnish
Instructions
- Spray slow cooker with cooking spray.
