These No Bake Birds Nest Cookies are quick and easy to make with simple ingredients! Perfect for Easter or any occasion! They’re fun to make and delicious to eat!

- Prepare 2 cookie sheets with non stick foil, a baking mat or wax paper and set aside.
- In a microwave safe bowl add butter and marshmallow cream.
- Microwave for 30 seconds then stir.
- Microwave for another 15-30 seconds until butter is melted and mixture is smooth.
- Add peanut butter and mix well.
- Add chow mein noodles and mix well to coat.
- With buttered fingers, scoop a small portion out of the bowl and create a mini bird's nest.
- Set on the prepared pan.
- Repeat until all mixture is used.
- Add jelly beans or egg shaped candy into the middle of each bird's nest.
- Let fully set for 20 minutes or longer and then enjoy!
