Instructions

  1. Add stew beef, salsa, tomato sauce, garlic, brown sugar, and soy sauce to a crockpot
  2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or approximately 4 hours on high or until beef is tender.  I always check it an hour before expected in case my crock pot is cooking hot that day.
  3. Once beef is tender, add lime juice and cilantro.
  4. Serve immediately over white rice.
