How Long Do Asian Shrimp Tacos Last?

These easy tacos are best enjoyed fresh.

However, you can store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

Keep the creamy sauce and shrimp, crunchy slaw, and tortillas separate to prevent them from getting soggy.

Reheat the shrimp gently in a skillet over medium heat before assembling the tacos.

Be very careful not to overcook them. They turn rubbery when cooked too much.

A little bit goes a long way!

What Kind of Tortillas to Serve With Asian Shrimp Tacos?

Soft corn tortillas are the more traditional choice for these saucy shrimp tacos.

They have a nice, sturdy base and a slightly sweet flavor that complements the shrimp and slaw.

However, there are other options if you prefer!

  • Flour Tortillas: Soft and pliable, flour tortillas are a great alternative if you prefer a milder flavor.
