- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon dry Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic or garlic paste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 8 ounces (or 1 cup) pizza sauce (or favorite spaghetti sauce)
- 1/4 cup Pepperoni, diced.
- 1/4 cup green bell peppers, diced
- 2 Green onions, diced
- French bread, crackers or bread sticks for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350*F
- In a small bowl combine cream cheese, Italian seasonings and garlic. Mix well.
- Spread mixture on the bottom of a pie plate or 9x9 casserole dish.
- Combine Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle half the cheese on top of cream cheese mixture.
