This amazing potato casserole is most commonly referred to as funeral potatoes and I’m not sure why. But they sure are delicious.
My family has them when we all get together, so usually at holidays. The last time we all got together, we added the green chiles and everyone loved it! It’s a small variation, but it added quite a kick!

Question...should this be 2 cans (vs. 2 cups) cream of chicken soup? This sounds like a great variation on these cheesy potatoes. Thanks!

Hi Don! Great question. My blogging partner, who created this recipe is no longer with Num's and I've not tried this myself. However, like you, 2 cups doesn't make much sense. I'd go with 2 cans as you suggested! Thanks for your comment!
