Bread is a wonderful thing.
There are so many awesome breads.
One of my personal favorites is flatbread.
Warm flatbread. Mmm.
With something yummy to dip it in.
I have tried several recipes to make it at home, and this naan (Indian flatbread) is my favorite.
Warm, buttery, garlicy and just great paired with so many things.
Dipped in hummus, used to eat fantastic Indian dishes or curries, or even as a wrap (there might just be a recipe coming soon with that very idea in mind).
The possibilities are endless.

Made these for dinner tonight. The only change I made was to leave off the garlic. Really delicious!

This looks great. How do you think these would be as hamburger buns? I do not like thick bread buns as it seems to take away from the flavors from the burger. I have had pretzel bread for burgers and those were great, but have not found a recipe for those. Looking forward to trying these.

Jessica, I am the same way with burgers - I don't want a ton of bun, and these would be great! I also do have a recipe for pretzel breadsticks (https://numstheword.com/pretzel-breadsticks/) that we've used as buns - and you can make them as thin as you want and they're still fantastic!
