Rinse the bird! Then pat it dry.

Work butter under skin and cover it with more butter, salt, & pepper.

Add stuffing, or quartered onion, carrots and celery to turkey cavity

Place turkey in roaster, insert digital thermometer, cook till 165ºF (timing depends on size).
