Step 1
Pop
bags of kettle corn and
pour
them into a large bowl,
sifting
out any kernels.
Combine
remaining
ingredients in a medium non-stick pot, and
heat
the mixture over medium-high heat
Step 2
Simmer until the Tootsie Rolls have melted. Then r
emove
from heat and
stir in
vanilla extract.
Step 3
Pour
caramel sauce over the popcorn,
stirring
to coat evenly.
Step 4
For a crunchy caramel corn, bake, stirring between cycles.
Step 5 (optional)
Let it
cool to warm
before enjoying
