What Ingredients Are in No Bake Veggie Pizza?

With only a few simple ingredients, this naan veggie pizza is a cinch. Your flat bread acts as the pizza crust so this is such an easy recipe!

  • Naan or Flat Bread: A soft and delicious base. Often people will use Pillsbury rolls or pizza dough that has been baked.
  • Onion & Chive Cream Cheese: Swap it up with other flavors like garlic or ranch.
  • Bell Peppers & Green Onions: Bring a sweet crunch and a fresh zing.
  • Broccoli: Adds a nice texture and is great for health.
  • Shredded Cheese: A touch of cheddar or mozzarella for cheesy goodness.

Pro Tips:

  • Play with the flavors of the cream cheese spread by mixing in some ranch dressing mix or garlic powder. Yum!
  • Use softened cream cheese! It’s way easier to spread.

How to Make No Bake Veggie Pizza?

This cold veggie pizza recipe is a great finger food appetizer! Here’s how to make it:

  1. Start with laying out your naan or flatbread.
  2. Apply a generous layer of your flavored cream cheese mixture.
  3. Top with a colorful array of veggies.
  4. Sprinkle cheese over the top and gently press.
  5. Cut into squares and serve immediately.

Pro Tip:

  • Drain toppings like olives or corn on paper towels to keep your pizza bites crisp. You don’t need extra liquid!
  • This is served at room temperature and is ready right away. So no need to prep ahead of time.

Can No Bake Veggie Pizza Be Baked?

You can bake this easy veggie pizza too!

If you prefer your veggies a bit softer and your cheese slightly melted, a quick bake can do the trick.

Just go easy on the baking as you don’t want to burn your naan. It is already pretty golden brown so just be careful.

What Toppings Could I Include on No Bake Pizza?

Go wild with your toppings on this easy no bake appetizer! Pretty much any veggies would work on these pizza bites!

As long as the veggie is good raw. So don’t put on asparagus!

But I like the idea of cherry tomatoes, red onions, black olives, or even some corn salsa.

You can also sprinkle some garlic powder or add a layer of olive oil for extra flavor if you want too.

Is No Bake Veggie Pizza Healthy?

Yes this mini veggie pizza recipe is a totally healthy choice!

It’s loaded with fresh vegetables and any time I can get my kids to eat fresh veggies is a win! You know what I mean right?

You can make it healthier too if you want by using light cream cheese or a vegan cream cheese substitute.

I don’t know if that actually makes it healthier or not. That might depend on what you think of as healthy.

But those are super easy swaps to make if you want to.

When to Serve No Bake Veggie Pizza?

This cold flatbread appetizer is great for any pretty much any occasion!

Think birthday parties or graduation parties, family gatherings or even as a delicious snack during summer cookouts!

And of course, just for a regular weeknight dinner or lunch works too! There’s no wrong time to serve it!

Can You Make No Bake Veggie Pizza Ahead of Time?

You can definitely make this pizza ahead of time!

If you’ve got a party coming up, it’s super easy to put these pizza bites together and have them ready to go when you need them.

Just make them a few hours in advance and keep them in the fridge until you’re ready to serve.

I don’t recommend too much longer than a few hours though as the texture will begin to change as it sits out.

How to Serve No Bake Veggie Pizza?

I love to serve this cold appetizer on a large platter or cutting board.

It makes a lot so you’ll definitely need something bigger to serve it on than a dinner plate.

They’re great as a standalone snack or alongside other appetizers and dips.

So if you’ve got themed plates and things, then put it on them! If not, any large serving dish you have will work.

How to Store Leftover No Bake Veggie Pizza?

Place any leftover veggie pizza in an airtight container in the fridge.

They stay fresh and delicious for a day or two.

Just be sure not to let them sit on the counter or in the sun for hours. The cream cheese goes bad pretty quick if it’s left out.

Can You Freeze No Bake Veggie Pizza?

I don’t recommend freezing this delicious appetizer.

The fresh veggies and cream cheese won’t hold up well.

They tend to become REALLY soft when thawed and not in a good way.

It’s best just to enjoy this fresh.

Luckily, it’s super easy to make so you can make it last minute if you’re in a hurry.

How long will this keep once made? Can I make day before and store in fridge?

Hi Rebecca! Yes you can make them the day before and pop them into the fridge. Just make sure they are in a sealed container or dish with plastic wrap to keep the veggies fresh. As far as how long they will keep, generally 48 hours and then the veggies start to look sad. Enjoy!

Recipe was AMAZING!!! Thanks so much for posting this, I just added to my Pinterest. I have used this delish recipe for everything from my kids for lunch to my highbrow book/wine club! I added red onions...just a sprinkle to add zest. K is an idiot for not realizing the need for some compensation when you tirelessly provide us w great blog oosts. It's frustrating when someone can't obviously recognize that's why it's in the picture to help make you blog worth your hardwork and time...GO GIRL!!!

Thanks Marcia! I always keep sponsored posts up for 1 year. After that all the "sales" type speak will disappear. I'm so glad you've enjoyed this recipe! I find it easy and delicious!

I clicked for the recipe and idea, and was thoroughly disappointed by the giant advertisement about a silly product. Stick to food, not "Greenworks pump and unnecessary"

Hi K! I'm so sorry you were disappointed by the advertisement for Green Works. Sadly the endless hours I put into this website, creating recipes and photographing them, in addition to all the social media attention (Facebook, Pinterest etc) all do very little to bring income to my family. So occasionally I take on a sponsored post. This is where a company hires me to promote a product in coloration to a recipe I create.

This my dear friend is what helps to pay the bills, which allow me to continue bringing great recipes to you! Out of our over 500 recipes on this website, only 6 are sponsored posts, this being one of them. I believe those are good odds considering a good portion of independently owned recipe sites are more in the ratio of 1/3 of all posts being sponsored with lots of product advertising. I hope next time you'll do as I do and scroll quickly past any advertising to get straight to the recipe.

This really is a favorite snack/lunch of mine and I hope you'll look past the advertising and try the recipe! Thanks so much for your suggestion, but until this website brings in any sort of an actual income (which is does not and is 99% my personal donated time) then I'll continue to occasionally have sponsored posts to pay the maintenance fees associated with doing a website (which are not cheap).

This looks delicious! I love the no-bake angle, and I am all about using that chewy naan bread as a bake. Thanks for sharing! #client
