Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup S’mores Ice Cream

Sharing is caring!

What can I say about this delicious ice cream?

You already know about my love for ice cream.

And for chocolate and peanut butter combinations in any variety.

And for s’mores, s’mores and s’mores.

So, when I found out it was going to be National S’mores Day, this ice cream was the first thing that came to mind. It combines all of the things that my family all love. Also appropriate, then, for Favorite Friday.

When my kids tried it, my 4 year old was a bit hesitant. He is generally a “vanilla only” kind of guy, but I told him I thought he should try it since there were so many things in it that he likes. About 30 seconds later I hear him proclaiming to his sister: “This is very SO good, Addie!”. And when she didn’t respond, “Really, this is very so good!”. Needless to say, it was a hit with the whole family. And that’s saying something. My family get new things all the time, and get sick of homemade treats. Yes, it’s true. And to impress them takes a lot these days.

This recipe is easy; just whip it all together in your blender and then pour into your ice cream maker. Have I told you my love for my Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker? It’s pretty awesome, and makes ice cream making so fun and easy.

So whether you’re a fan of ice cream, peanut butter, or s’mores, I’m pretty sure you should give this ice cream a try.
